IT // Il tavolino "Clessidra" è un progetto dedicato al tempo, in particolare al tempo trascorso all'aperto in compagnia. Concepito subito dopo la pandemia, il progetto si sviluppa attorno alla forma della clessidra, strumento con il quale si possono misurare i lassi di tempo.

EN // "Hourglass" coffee table is a project dedicated to time, specifically time spent outdoors in company. Conceived just after pandemic, the design is inspired by the shape of the hourglass, a tool used to measure lapses of time.

EN // In the desire to ideally extend the time dedicated to relaxation and fun, I imagined that the sand in the hourglass solidified during its flow, effectively blocking the passage between the two sides of the hourglass.

The table top represents a section of the hourglass, and it is supported by a simple and light metal structure, formed by the folded outline of the hourglass empty parts.

IT // Nel desiderio di prolungare idealmente il tempo dedicato al relax e al divertimento, ho immaginato che la sabbia nella clessidra si solidificasse durante il suo scorrere, bloccando di fatto il passaggio tra le due parti della clessidra.

Il piano del tavolo rappresenta una sezione della clessidra ed è sorretto da una struttura metallica semplice e leggera, formata dal profilo piegato delle parti vuote della clessidra.
