"Libellula"

EN // Designed and produced during Rilegno workshop, the project for "Libellula" follows an inverse design process. Starting from a little mahogany board, the sketch of this tray was instinctive and with the support of just a few drawing tools. In this project in fact the focus moved to the production of the object through the carpentry machines.

IT // Progettato e prodotto durante il workshop di Rilegno, il vassoio "Libellula" segue un processo inverso di progettazione. Partendo da una tavoletta di mogano, il disegno di questo vassoio è stato instintivo e solo con l'ausilio di pochi strumenti per disegnare. In questo progetto infatti il focus si è trasferito sulla produzione del prodotto attraverso l'utilizzo di macchine utensili.

EN // The design of the tray "Libellula" was instinctive but not random: it hides a tiny space where the wings join so to easily lift and hold it with the fingers.

IT // Il design del vassoio "Libellula" è institivo ma non casuale: nel punto in cui le ali si uniscono si nasconde un piccolo spazio per sollevarlo e reggerlo con le dita più facilmente.
